Our Constitution tells the federal government what it can not do; and tells the states that they have jurisdiction over everthing else. Obama is doing what ever he wants with no regard for the Constitution. NO ONE IS STANDING UP AGAINST HIM. Checks and balance is gone.
In 2001 Obama, in a video, calls the US Constitution a “flawed and imperfect document”, because African Americans were not of a concern to “colonial society” and this “reflects an enormous blind spot in our culture which continues to this date.”
Obama took an oath to uphold the U S Constitution, not to change it, or interpret it in his radical philosiophy.
He’s also said that he views it as a “living-breathing document.” It’s no surprise then that Obama appointed Supreme Court Justice Sonia Maria Sotomayor, who’s also on video stating that the “Court of Appeals is where policy is made.” Again, Justice Sotomayor took an oath to uphold the Constitution, not change it.
