HR 4646 = National Transaction & Sales Tax

This is not a Joke. This is pure socialism proposed Obama and his progressive Marxist Associates. Journalism is dead in America.

HR 4646 is a bill introduced in the US House of Representatives by US Rep Chaka Fattah, D-PA. on February 23, 2010. It is now in committee and will probably be brought out in the lame duck session following the Novermber elections. Suggest that you pass this along and also to your state senator and representative and US Congressman and Senators.

Debt Free America Act - States as purposes of this Act the raising of sufficient revenue from a fee on transactions to eliminate the national debt within seven years and the phasing out of the individual income tax. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to impose a 1% fee, offset by a corresponding nonrefundable income tax credit, on transactions that use a payment instrument, including any check, cash, credit card, transfer of stock, bonds, or other financial instrument. Defines “transaction” to include retail and wholesale sales, purchases of intermediate goods, and financial and intangible transactions. Establishes in the legislative branch the Bipartisan Task Force for Responsible Fiscal Action to review the fiscal imbalance of the federal government and make recommendations to improve such imbalance. Provides for expedited consideration by Congress of Task Force recommendations. Repeals after 2017 the individual income tax, refundable and nonrefundable personal tax credits, and the alternative minimum tax (AMT) on individuals. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to: (1) prioritize the repayment of the national debt to protect the fiscal stability of the United States; and (2) study and report to Congress on the implementation of this Act.

Just think, according to this bill, if you deposit $5,000.00 into your checking account or savings account, the bank has to take out 1% or $50.00 of that money and send it to Washington. Then, any checks or cash you take out of your bank will receive another 1% deduction from what is still in the bank and be sent to Washington. Total put in the Bank $5,000.00; $100.00 of that you give to Washington.

This bill, spells out that everyone will pay the Government 1% of their gross income. Page 9 states that the House and Senate shall convene not later than November 23, 2010 and Page 11 states the vote on passage shall occur not later than December 23, 2010.

Obama Loans Brazil 2 (Could go to $10) Billion for Offshore Drilling

Obama embraces offshore drilling in Brazil by giving billions of $ in loans to the State owned oil company. But Obama is against offshore drilling in the US to promote US energy independence. Thursday, August 18, 2009.

This is truly amazing. I think even the liberals can now admit that the Obama administration has no interest in American Energy Independence from middle eastern oil. They are opposed to anything to do with fossil fuel exploration in the US. The environmentalists have them by the throat.

The Ex-Im Bank says this was done so US companies can have the opportunity to sell drilling equipment to Brazil. Does any one else in the world have the best offshore drilling equipment to sell to anyone? I don’t think so.

It turns out that the real loan could grow to $10 billion and George Soros, one of the largest contributors to the left wing and the Obama administration, has invested $811 million in cash. This $811 million represents 22% of the “Soros Fund Management, LLC total capital of $3.68 billion.

Hey; this sounds like a good deal. Can I put some money in this deal? How does Soros invest in a state owned oil company? I thought state owned oil companies were owned by Countries, not people? To top off this Obama hypocrisy and fraud, Brasil will sell all the produced to China.

Obama Green Job Stimulus Plan – Cronyism -

You give me money and I will give you the taxpayers money. This is not Illegal , but it should be……………..

Serious Materials, a window manufacturing company, receives a special tax credit for “green companies” (not to mention free advertising) from President and Vice President of the United States. This is the only window manufacturing company to receive tax credits.

As it turns out, Cathy Zoi, is the Weatherization Czar, who overseas the U S government “weatherization program” for the US Department of Energy and is married to Ron Roy, the V P of Policy and Production at Serious Windows.

This is selective discrimination, crony capitalism and IS OUTRAGEOUS!

At the fundraiser for The Islamic Shura Coincil of Southern California, where Mr. Alikhan bid farewell to atendees, another speaker, Professor Saeed issued five demands from Muslims to the Department of Justice. These demands included a cessation to the infiltration by spies of mosques, an end to the introduction of agents provocateur and a cessation of attempts to undermine Muslim groups such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

These requests would weaken the Bush: “War on Terror”. Oh, we can’t say that any more (the Obama proclamation) , I mean the Obama: “Overseas Contingency Operation”.

When will the Islamic community stand up and denounce “Terrorism”, like the 9-11-01 and Fort Hood massacres, and stop trying to make our law enforcement agencies less effective in protecting the Country?
