 Definitions are very important.  Terrorists have no rights under the Geneva Convention.  Obama has recently directed our military to treat captured  terrorists like US citizens that have robbed a bank or grow pot.  Our military must now read them their rights and they will be  allowed to have an attorney in a US court. How do our soldiers collect shell casings on a battlefield for evidence?  How do they collect any evidence to  prosecute a terrorist  in a US court?
