Congress Tramples on the Constitution

Every congressman or congresswoman takes an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.  90% of them violate this oath.

Representative, John Shadegg, Republican Arizona, has sponsored the “Enumerated Powers Act”, HR450 for 15 years.  He has 52 co-sponsors.  HR 450 provides that EACH  ACT  OF  CONGRESS  SHALL  CONTAIN  A  STATEMENT CITING  THE  SPECIFIC  POWERS  GRANTED  TO CONGRESS  IN  THE CONSTITUTION  TO  ENACT  THE  PROPOSED LAW.

For 15 years, this bill has never made it out of the House Judiciary Committee.  The current Chairman of the Judiciary Committee is John Conyers.    Call, email and write you representatives asking them to co-sponsor HR450.  If they refuse or do not respond, vote them out of office in the next election.
