EPA Attempt to reduce CO2 Will Destroy the Human Race

CO2 is not a Pollutant,  CO2 is a Plant Nutrient…….Plants breath CO2 and exhale Oxygen….People breath Oxygen and exhale CO2. (400 parts per 10,000 parts)

The Atmosphere Contains 4 parts CO2 for every 10,000 Parts Air.  That .04% of CO2 in the atmosphere is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR HUMAN LIFE TO SURVIVE.
