The ‘smartest man in the room’ has joined Sidney Powell’s team

In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden.  Dr. Kershavarz-Nia’s name may not mean a lot to you, but it’s one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities.  Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, “was always the smartest person in the room.” In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots. After several months of working with Mr. Courtney, he began connecting those dots too. He did not like where they led.

Not only does Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have an innate intelligence, but he’s also got extraordinary academic and practical skills in cyber-fraud detection and analysis.  The reason we know about his qualifications is that it takes seven paragraphs for him to list them in the declaration he signed to support the Georgia complaint.

His qualifications include a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in various areas of electrical and computer engineering.  In addition, “I have advanced trained from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), DHS office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) and Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT).”

Professionally, Dr. Kershavarz-Nia has spent his career as a cyber-security engineer.  “My experience,” he attests,” spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security intelligence[.]”  I will not belabor the point.  Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cyber-security than anyone else in America.

So what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say?  This:

1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and both are used to manipulate election outcomes.

2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.

3. Dominion has been used in other countries to “forge election results.”

4. Dominion’s corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.

5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.

6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.

Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results.  Based on that information, he concluded

1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.

2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.

3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden’s favor.

4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.

6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.

7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots.  They demonstrated manipulation.  For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.

8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.

9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.

10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.

Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with “high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden.”

This is going to be tough evidence for Democrats to counter.  Back when the naïve Democrats thought Trump would be the one to commit fraud, they held congressional hearings and wrote articles about the voting machines’ vulnerability.  And with the New York Times touting Dr. Keshavarz-Nia’s brilliance and his ability to sniff out fraud, they’ll struggle to that he’s not a reliable expert.  Things are getting fun.

Giuliani Points Out Major Problem with Mail-In Ballots in Pennsylvania: Only 1.8 Mail-In Ballots Were Sent Out – But 2.5 Million Were Counted

The Pennsylvania state legislature on Wednesday held a hearing on the 2020 election issues and irregularities.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani was on fire and brought in several very credible witnesses.

One very credible witness described how he personally observed dozens of USB cards being uploaded to voting machines which resulted in 50,000 votes for Joe Biden in a short period of time.

Another witness described the huge “spikes” in Pennsylvania ballots that went 600,000 to Joe Biden vs 3,200 for Trump and the crowd gasped.

Rudy Giuliani pointed two huge gaps with Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballots.

“You have two major gaps — you have the 672,770 votes that were not inspected by anyone secretly put into the ballot box and then you have this gap that I don’t understand between the mail-in ballots. You’ve sent out: 1.8 million and the number you counted: 2.5 million!” Rudy said.

Rudy continued, “That’s totally impossible to explain other than what some of the other witnesses were suggesting that they were basically stuffing the ballot box. I believe what happened was that they never expected to be behind by 700,000 or 800,000 votes on election night. They expected to be behind by a couple hundred thousand — in Philadelphia to steal a couple hundred thousand votes, they do it every year, that’s not going to be tough. Now you have a real big problem so you had to create mail-in ballots, you had to stretch it out for a while…”

Giuliani is absolutely correct. The corrupt Marxist machine in Philadelphia was stunned with President Trump’s numbers on election night so they panicked and shut it all down.

Joe Biden was mathematically eliminated in Pennsylvania on election night so the crooked elections officials scrambled to produce 700,000 mail-in ballots for Joe Biden after Election Day.

1.    The Smartmatic Story: From Venezuela With No Love

• Many have debated, and Rudy Giuliani only vaguely explained on Lou Dobbs’ show by saying they had “different theories” of the case, why the Trump legal team separated from Sidney Powell.
• Occam’s Razor has a simpler explanation: What Powell is investigating—complicated trans-national computer fraud, involving multiple countries, not just the United States, with immense implications for the democratic system worldwide—takes considerably longer to explicate and prove than the time available to question a presidential election before votes are certified and the Electoral College meets.
• This was corroborated by discussions I held with two men in a position to understand a great deal of this fraud that they say originated in and still emanates to a great degree from Venezuela (with a little help from Cuban, Iranian, and Hezbollah friends, possibly others).
• These men wish to remain anonymous because they fear for their safety operating in foreign territory as they frequently do.
• One of them is a former CIA officer who served in the Directorate of Operations and as chief of station in several countries. The other is of Venezuelan birth and lives in the United States.
• In recent years, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and others, they have worked to “flip” leaders and military personnel inside the Venezuelan and Cuban establishments, many of whom were involved with or had information about the extensive narcotics trade undertaken by those two countries as well as Iran and Hezbollah.
• This billion-dollar criminal enterprise, particularly regarding Hezbollah in this instance, was on the brink of an exposure and prosecution that was ultimately ignored, as Politico reported, by the Obama administration on the urgings of the mullahs in order to protect the then-incipient Iran Deal.
• Some of what these men told me can be authenticated, some not for reasons beyond anyone’s control at the moment. I leave it to readers to decide for themselves.
• Nevertheless, for the record, and to understand what we are dealing with, the following members of the Venezuelan leadership are currently indicted in the United States for narcotics trafficking: President Nicolas Maduro, National Assembly leader Diosdado Cabello, petroleum minister Tareck El Aissami, Vice President Delcy Rodriguez, former intelligence chief Hugo Carvajal, and Venezuelan Army Chief of Staff Vladimir Padrino.
• To give an idea of the extent of the crime, notorious Mexican “narcotrafficante” El Chapo was said to be worth $1.2 billion. Diosdado Cabello, I was told by one of my informants, is worth in excess of $20 billion! That puts him up there among the richest people in the world. Mix petrodollars—Venezuela, in whatever condition, has one of the richest oil fields on the planet—with drug dollars and you have a lucrative cocktail.
• Smartmatic
• The two men spoke with me about the origins of the Smartmatic system, which they analogized in some respects to 9/11, mentioning that it was another example of how we tend to underestimate our adversaries, in this case their computer capabilities.
• With China and Russia to worry about, Venezuela has been more or less off our radar, but, given the figures above, it shouldn’t be. Their ruling class—not their people, clearly—has enough working capital to do as much damage as anyone.
• More than a mere Banana Republic, they are a growing criminal state with tentacles reaching into Colombia and across the Atlantic into one of the major parties of our NATO ally Spain, I was told.
• But back to Smartmatic.
• In 1998, socialist Hugo Chavez, on his way to being maximum leader for life, changed the constitution of his country, allowing him to serve a six-year term instead of five—with the caveat that if 20 percent of Venezuelans were to sign a petition demanding a recall, an election would be held.
• To the surprise of Chavez, such a petition was forthcoming and his attempt to invalidate the signatures failed.
• A system had to be invented to guarantee the caudillo’s victory in the forthcoming presidential recall referendum.
• Enter Smartmatic, a company founded in Delaware in April 2000 by three young Venezuelan engineers.
• January 2004, a Venezuelan government agency, the New York Times reported, invested $200,000 in a technology company owned by those same three.
• A Businessman’s Investment
• According to the gentlemen I talked with, that money came from a businessman who had been approached by Cuban intelligence to make the needed investment in the nascent Smartmatic in order to improve their technology to the necessary level.
• (NB: Since Chavez, Cuban intelligence has had a near total control of significant Venezuelan actions, including the selection of Maduro to replace Chavez when he died from cancer, according to my sources.)
• This same businessman, I was told, has ”flipped” and is currently under protection by one of our agencies—presumably the DEA—in a foreign country where he is giving evidence in a criminal prosecution of the Venezuelan government.
• We can hope information is also being gleaned that we can all learn from. One of the regrettable aspects of the U.S. government is that our agencies like the DEA still seem to compartmentalize. As far as is known, the Department of Justice is not yet involved.
• This businessman is the second to make affidavits on this matter after the Venezuelan military officer cited by Sidney Powell a couple of weeks ago.
• Shortly after this businessman’s investment (August 2004), Hugo Chavez won the referendum only to have it denounced as fraudulent by local civil-rights organizations.
• This last is corroborated in an extensive English-language interview by Debbie D’Souza of Maria Corina Machado, a Venezuelan civil rights leader and politician, who has been the subject of persecution.
• Among other things, Ms. Corina Machado recounts the formation of Súmate, an ad hoc group that was able to muster the necessary signatures for the recall election in a single day (Feb. 2, 2003), garnering a total of 3 million when only 2.4 million were necessary.
• But that was an extraordinarily happy interlude in the tragedy that is Venezuela. A Bolivian friend of mine, a recent visitor to the country, told me he saw starving people in their streets resembling images from the Holocaust.
• Ownership
• But back again to Smartmatic. Who owns it?
• It’s unclear, although it putatively started in the United States (See above). By 2006 it was used in disputed elections in Argentina, apparently to fix them, and in 2011 it was set up in the United Kingdom by no less than deputy U.N. secretary-general Lord Malloch-Brown, “who took up leadership positions of [George] Soros’s funds and institutes in 2007.”
• Hmmm…
• Equally important, a 2006 WikiLeaked email tells this story:
• “Smartmatic has claimed to be of U.S. origin, but its true owners — probably elite Venezuelans of several political strains — remain hidden behind a web of holding companies in the Netherlands and Barbados. … The company is thought to be backing out of Venezuelan electoral events, focusing now on other parts of world, including the United States via its subsidiary, Sequoia.”
• Beyond the initial three engineers, Smartmatic, and then Sequoia, had at least thirty anonymous investors, including, possibly, a then Venezuelan vice-president, as found in WikiLeaks’ system at CARACAS 00002063 001.2 OF 004.
• Dominion
• But where does Dominion fit in? Weren’t they the ones with the U.S. voting machines?
• Well, in 2010, after working more than five years for Smartmatic, the former vice president, development at Sequoia who was also their chief software architect, Eric Coomer, went over to Dominion Voting Systems as vice president of U.S. engineering.
• Responses by Dominion/Smartmatic/Sequoia people have been from deliberately opaque to nauseating public relations. Only true forensic computer research will solve anything, not to mention abandoning computer voting altogether (probably the right approach).
• Mysteries abound, as, no doubt, Sidney Powell would agree. No matter what level of Kraken she releases, there may always be more.
• One of those alleged by my sources, and one that I cannot check, is that someone high up in the Democratic National Committee is a “former” Chavista.
• Sabotaging Our Election
• Another surrounds a trip taken to Mexico City on Oct. 21, 2020, by Ambassador Richard Grenell—a man tremendously admired by my sources and by me.
• Amb. Grenell went there to meet with Jorge Rodriquez, the brother of now Venezuelan vice-president Delcy Rodriquez (see the list of indictments above). Jorge is a man, we can assume, of tremendous wealth and something of a “power behind the throne,” as is his sister Delcy.
• As the New York Times explains, amidst its predictable huffing and puffing about the State Department not having been informed of the meeting, the purpose was to negotiate the departure of Maduro and company, thus freeing the Venezuelan people from their long national nightmare.
• It was a laudable goal, surely, but bound for failure for reasons unknown to Amb. Grenell. (I contacted him to discuss this, but he demurred.)
• According to my sources, Rodriquez was well aware at that point that his country’s leadership was participating in the sabotage of our election through their computer system.
• That made any negotiation moot, but more than that Rodriquez truly despised the United States to such an extent he would want no part of an agreement.
• Grenell would have no reason to know this, said my sources, but Jorge’s hatred would have been motivated by more than the usual anti-Americanism. It had vengeance attached. Although Jorge himself could now fairly be called what’s known as a “boligarch” (today’s wealthy Venezuelan businessmen—Bolivar revolution oligarchs), his father was a communist guerrilla who, many years ago, was killed.
• Jorge blames the CIA.
• As I type this, word has come that Sidney Powell is about to release her first “Kraken,” concerning voter fraud in Georgia. As I wrote the other day, win, lose or draw, her grievances must be aired for our sake, but more for our children and grandchildren.
• Something has gone seriously wrong.

Vegas Odds-maker Says, “The Fix Was In, Trump was Robbed, This Election was Stolen”:

I’ve been a Las Vegas odds-maker and sports gaming expert for four decades … long before I became known as a nationally syndicated conservative talk show host.I understand odds and gambling in a way that no other conservative media personality, host, or politician in this country could.And I can tell you something is very wrong with this presidential election. It reminds me of a fixed football game. Remember the famous fixed 1978 game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles.  The Giants quarterback handed the ball off. The running back didn’t want it.  It fell on the ground. Herm Edwards of the Eagles picked it up and ran it into the end zone with seconds left for a last second victory.  Every bettor in the world knows that game was fixed.  It doesn’t matter if you can prove it. 

We all know.Gamblers feel the same way about this presidential election.  This presidential election is rancid.  It feels as fixed as that Giants-Eagles NFL football game.  Let me give you the details of this election- from a gambler’s perspective. Trump entered the night a 2 to 1 underdog.  As soon as the polls started to close and the picture became clear, Trump’s odds quickly moved to even money.  Then Trump became the slight favorite.  Then a moderate favorite. Then a 2-to-1 favorite.Then 3 to 1. 4 to 1. 5 to 1. 6 to 1. 7 to 1.   Finally, Trump moved to 8 to 1 favorite.What does all this mean?  Bettors putting their money on the line during Election Night have always proven to be deadly accurate.  Smart bettors can clearly see what direction a race is taking.  Bettors around the world clearly saw what I saw, when they stared at the electoral map- Trump was headed for an electoral landslide.

But something wasn’t quite right.  Fox News wouldn’t call Florida for Trump- even though he was ahead by a mile.  They wouldn’t call Ohio- even though Trump was ahead by a mile. They wouldn’t call Texas- even though Trump was ahead by a mile.  I sat there screaming at my television.

More strange calls.  Fox News had called Virginia for Biden at the start of the night- with Trump well ahead in Virginia.  Trump would remain ahead in Virginia for three long hours after Fox awarded the electoral votes to Biden.  Why would they do that?  What was the rush?  It made no sense.Biden was awarded Virginia with Trump ahead.  But Trump was ahead by a mile in Florida, Ohio and Texas, yet Fox News refused to award him the electoral votes.  I knew at that moment, something was wrong.  Something smelled fishy.  Something was rotten in the DC Swamp. Bettors witnessed Trump dominating.  He clearly won not only those key states of Florida, Ohio and Texas, but Trump also enjoyed large leads in the entire Midwest- Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa.  It was all but over.  Trump had an electoral landslide.  Hence the massive 8 to 1 odds in favor of Trump.And then it happened. 

It was the most bizarre call in Election Night history.  Fox News called Arizona for Biden.  Why? It wasn’t even close to over.  There was no reason on earth to make that call.  Arizona is STILL not over 8 days later.  CNN still hasn’t awarded Arizona.  ABC pulled it back from Biden only 24 hours ago. Why would Fox News be in such a rush to call Arizona for Biden?  At that moment, Trump’s odds crashed almost instantly from 8 to 1, back down to 2 to 1. 

That drop set off alarm bells.  My friend who is one of the biggest bookmakers in the country called me to say, “Wayne, something is wrong. I’ve never seen a drop like that, let alone a drop that fast.  How can Trump go from 8 to 1, to 2 to 1.  Someone knows something.  We’ve got a problem.”It was as if someone had decided in advance to give Arizona to Biden- whether he won it, or not.  It was as if the secret code was known to only a few billionaire gamblers, “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden.”  Six magic words.  Someone was ready for that call.  Someone waited until Trump was a prohibitive 8 to 1 favorite, then knew to bet millions of dollars on Biden at the longest odds of the night.  Someone knew the fix was in.  Someone made a fortune.

There’s more to the story.  First, by awarding both Virginia and Arizona to Biden way too early in the evening and also going super slow awarding states to Trump where he led by a mile, Fox News made sure Biden had the electoral lead all night.  That’s another big part of the story.  Just like the fake pollsters suppressed Trump voters for months in advance of the election with polls falsely showing Trump losing by a landslide, fake “news desk” employees sure appeared to be suppressing Trump votes on Election Night.  And also creating an air of invincibility for Biden.

If Biden led in every poll before the election, and led all night in electoral votes, then it wouldn’t look like a fix was in, when Biden suddenly wound up the winner the morning after. Right? One more piece of the puzzle.  From almost the moment that secret code “Fox News awards Arizona to Biden” was spoken, three key Midwest battleground states with Democrat Governors all decided to stop counting votes for the night, with Trump way ahead.  Why?  Why all three, at the same time?  Like they were coordinated in advance.  Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania all mysteriously quit counting around midnight. To add to the idea of a fix, these states merely claimed they were stopping counting for the night. 

After TV cameras and Republican poll watchers were all sent home, these Democrat states all resumed counting, suddenly finding all the ballots they needed to overcome large Trump leads.I actually took screen shots before I went to bed. Trump was winning Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting.  He was up in Wisconsin by over 100,000.  In Pennsylvania he was up almost 700,000 votes.  But in the wee hours of the morning I took a new screenshot.  Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin and 30,000 in Michigan.  How’d that happen?   I thought they stopped counting?

It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox News.Folks, someone knew.  The fix was in.  A few key people made millions betting on this election. They knew the exact minute to jump in.  They knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to a Biden victory, with the help of a fake TV network call and fake ballots.They knew Arizona was going to be called way too early.  They knew that fake Arizona call would trigger vote counting to stop and massive ballot fraud to begin.I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide.  But bettors all over the world know in our guts exactly what happened.  The fix was in, no different than that famous NY Giants-Philadelphia Eagle fix in 1978 at the Meadowlands.

Trump was robbed. This election was stolen.
