The Democratic Party has become the party of Marxist Tyranny.  The Rule of Law and the Constitution mean nothing to them.

Elena Kagan, a nominees for the Supreme Court, can not answer the question:  “Does the Congress of the United States have the power to tell United States citizens what to eat every day?”

And when, Soto Mayor, who was appointed to the Supreme Court a year ago can not answer the question:  “Does a U S citizen have the right to personal self defense?”

We definitely have a crisis in FULL BLOOM when those ON or ABOUT TO BE   on the Supreme Court can not even answer a simple question, the obvious answer, which is guaranteed by our rights under the United States Constitution.
