Obama Envoy Praises OKC Muslim Community 12 Days after Beheading by Muslim Terrorist

Obama sends envoy to OKC to praise the Muslim Community where (12 days  before on September 25)  a  Muslim terrorist  beheaded a Vaughn Foods female employee in Moore, OK. , an Oklahoma City suburb.
