I think we should make ’em up by the gobs, get rid of all the horrid people in the world, and incarcerate and execute anyone who tries to sell the technology to the bad guys! and, truthfully, for any weapon that can be created, there can and will be a defense against it created… we just need to be ones who create the weapons and create the defenses… how about a nice big e.m.p. over noko then we rush in, destroy any weapons that can later come to life, and leave them without even a telephone! they can return to an agrarian and peaceful society
