Throw Out the Liberals / Progressives That are Destroying Our San Francisco!  Please !!

And the socialists running San Francisco wonder why they have problems.  Just one of many  problems is that the SF Health Department alone passes out approximately 5 million syringes a year thinking they are stopping the spread of HIV.  This does not count the cost to provide and distribute the syringes.  The City is so concerned about syringes on the streets they are now opening “Indoor Injection Sites” to keep needles off he streets.  This is incredible.  The politicians have gone off the deep end.
