   While there may be thousands of scientists and “professionals” (What the heck is a “professional?” Does that include professional wallpaper hangers, professional judo experts, professional quilt knitters?) that believe climate change is a hoax, over 95% of actively publishing climate scientists (a specific and relevant definition of ‘scientist’) believe that humans are affecting climate change.

   Although many believe climate change is a hoax, it is a minority of people and a tiny minority of professional people that focus on the topic.

   Gotta separate the wheat from the chaff. In this case it’s really easy, because the chaff is less than 5%. I’m actually surprised it’s not higher, because of all the petrochemical companies trying to protect their balance sheet. I guess they can’t get many legit scientists to sell their soul.
