Reports that Ray Maxwell, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Near East Affairs at the State Department, witnessed Hillary Clinton’s top two Aids, Cheryl Mills, Hillary’s Chief of Staff, and Jake Sullivan, Hillary’s Deputy Chief of Staff, dividing  BENGHAZI State Department Documents, into two piles:  

• One pile that they would shed bad light on the State Department,  and
• one that would be provided to Congressional investigators.
